so uhh i kinda forgot to make these rules and punishments sooner but here:
im also gonna add a /rules ingame soon

xraying (no warnings):

1st offense = 1 day ban
2nd offense = 1 week ban
3rd offense = 3 week ipban

Duping: (no warning):
ipban

Hacking/cheating: (no warning)
1st offense = 1 week ipban
2nd offense = 1 month ipban
3rd offense = forever ipban

slurs

1st offense = 3 day mute
2nd offense = 1 week ipban
3rd offense = 1 week ipban
4th offense = 1 year ipban

swearing

please dont swear/cuss at all. you will have 2 warnings, however, if you swear towards another player, you get 1 warning.
1st offense = warning #1
2nd offense = warning #2
3rd offense = 1 hr mute
4th offense = 6 hour mute
5th offense/any offenses after = 1 day/12 hr mute

spam

its ok to send the same message 1-3 times, but after that, it gets annoying. you will get 2 warnings, however, if you spam rude or bad things, it will be an instant mute.
1st offense = warning #1
2nd offense = warning #2
3rd offense = 1 hr mute
4th offense = 5 hr mute
5th offense = 1 day mute
any offense after this, we might just ban you

Advertising other servers/websites.

i dont actually care if you talk about other servers ingame. however, dont advertise any server's ips and stuff

please dont advertise any websites that are unrelated to this server either

i KNOW that you are gonna just scroll past this and ignore it but pls read this.
u keep complaining that i am "letting people get away", how? neonmoon served his 3hr mute. maybe_wemmbu served his 1hr mute. who else is "getting away with things"? my bad if im not on 24/7 to solve ur problems, i have a life irl. u say im not listening to the community? the reason why the server progress is at sort of a standstill rn is cus ive been studying for my ap exam thats on monday. u say im abusing? ive never done anything to a normal player or wampus or billol or rexterhax. i blew up PART of ONE base that you and yee had. why? well, tbh, idk. it was a hole in the mountain. its not like i blew up hours of work. there was like 2 shulkers in it with stuff that YOU got in creative. yes, i forcetp to ppl. yes, i use op ea armor whenever i want. yes, im almost always in creative or messing with worldedit and stuff. but heres a question: who is putting all this work into a FREE server that kids can play on their FREE school laptops on a FREE minecraft? who spent the money on the credits and plugins? whos been the one setting up the plugins and perms? whos been managing the RAM and CPU and storage usage? whos been adding stuff that people like, such as cool plugins? theres a LOT of stuff that goes into making a server that ppl dont understand till they do it.

remember, its my server. i can force tp to who i want. i can demote, ban, mute, kick anyone that i want.

i give u a free server to play on, let u be "co-owner" with creative, and all i get is backlash.

TheSnail its not back lash its constructive criticism and the mute u gave maybe weembu he wasn't even playing so it doesn't count, and you keep saying that you cant do too much because you have a life may i remind you that i play soccer and i have a life im more active than you and i still have time to listen to a community. second yes i use creative to gear me up, now i dont know how others get my op stuff and yes i share my pots but i dont give out anything else thats too op. and may i remind you you cant use the fact u put time and effort into the server you chose to start, and today you told me that u did it for your enjoyment not the enjoyment of everyone else. now yes you can ban and kick but you had no reason to ban me other than you were annoyed, that my friend is a power trip, and about my base i dont care that u blew it up thats yeeg thats mad, and we have been telling you things since the server started so you cant use ur focuses on a test this week as an excuse.and the co owner you chose to give me that and i am grateful, what im not grateful for is you power tripping banning me for no reason. lastly remember its not backlash its constructive criticism now i realize the way im doing it may sound rude so i will work on that, but i want you to work on listening to people and me as i am trying to help you grow the server. thank you for reading and remember even a leader has to be fair and follow his own rules. have a good day.

UPDATE TO RULES:

NO JOINING FROM ANOTHER PLAYERS ACCOUNT (even if they give permission)

FROM NOW ON IF I GET PROOF OR SEE ANYONE DOING IT: 1d ban for each offense.

i can see who joins from what ip so dont do it...

no threatening players in any way. and i mean ANY threats. u can be like "yeah bro im gonna find your base and slime u out" or "yeah ur kos" thats fine. however, NO "kys" and no threats that are like "im gonna skin u and put rats in ur guts". why? thats not even related to minecraft. theres no blood or even rats in this game.

btw i did NOT add this rule just because of what potion said. ive heard a lot of "kys" and stuff like that lately and i dont think thats a good thing.
