Bro lighting can NOT make black hair appear blond... if you know basic science, you'd know the color black is very dark because it absorbs way more light than white, yellow, etc. Brighter colors, or blond hair, in this case, reflects light far more than it absorbs. Also, the light level in both pictures are basically the same, just different colors of light(different colors in light is not the reason the hair appears in different colors here, it's not the same person)
